Aloha,
My name is Pat and my fiance Larry & I are trying to plan a destination
wedding in Hawaii on 080808. We are checking the websites for coordinators
whose site appear to meet our needs. Below I have outlined our wish list.
Please advise if you can accommodates us and respond via email with an
estimate. I am most interested in your Ku'u Lei Love Package for
approx.35-40 people. $7700.00 but I need to remove quite a few things from
the package and and add a few people. I also like the Hau tree lanai
location.
I am very interested in the following wedding themes and sites Prince Kuhio,
Kahala, and the Falls site. Do you offer any of these? Do any of these have
a separate site fee? Do each of them at least provide seating for 40
people? Is there a separate entry fee per guest in addition to the site fee?
Are any if the sites decorated? Are each of them close to a
reception site that would be able to offer reasonable yet romantic full
service Hawaii catering. Are the available on 080808?

and during the reception. At least 4 hrs. photographic tour of Hawaii
romantic locations for a photo video
shoot. At least 250 photos in a custom album with c/d or negatives
included. Plus 55 antique blackn and white style phots. At least 4 hours or
coverage.
Deluxe professional videographer. Deluxe professional edited video featuring
captions that tell our love story. @ copies of the DVD. At least 4 hours of
coverage.
Unity dove release or butterfly released during the ceremony,
Audio of Hawaiian songs during the ceremony.
Keep-sake champagne flutes with toast for all guest.
Wedding cake included with the catering.
Married in Hawaii keep-sake certificate.Personalized copy of our wedding
vows,
Marriage license processing,
A buffet dinner reception with decorated area including lots of atmosphere &
tikki torches! A sample of the menu and the cost per person including
wedding
cake, decorations & Open bar...

Delete the following: massage for bride, brides hair & makeup, pedicure &
manicure, musical duo, flower leis, custom designed bouquets for bride or
wedding party, Leis for bridal party, orchids and rose petal runway
something... keep everything else and the items listed above

I found your website online and was hoping you can help guide me to the
right direction to plan my event. We would like to renew our wedding
vows (10years) in a tropical setting on March 14th. Here is what I would
like:
- casual, yet intimate (max 30ppl)
- very small budget and interested in some photography by

- renew our vows, wedding party would consist of my two sons, our matron
of honor and best man and my husband and I
- renew vows during the sunset on the beach or would entertain the idea
of a private estate on the beach and have the reception there as well
- photography is not essential

stay at
- simple flower arrangement
I am not exactly sure on my budget. It really just depends on what you
can offer. Would you be able to help me plan my event?

We have 17 guests total including ourselves.
I'm so glad that you guys are going to be working with me. I just
talked to my wedding coordinator and he told me that most of my floral
needs are actually included in the package I paid for. So, I only need
to order the reception flowers through you guys.
I shortened the list to only include the flowers for the reception.
Sorry about the confusion - I thought that only the wedding leis were
included.
